Design And Implementation Of Tax Office Automation System Based On Cloud Platform

At present,the State Administration of Taxation has set up a series of tax office automation systems based on wide area network of tax system,such as "VAT invoice anti-counterfeiting tax control system" and "Gold Tax Phase III Project" in the five tax authorities of the General Administration,provinces,cities,counties and townships,and has put them into use.But the traditional tax office automation system subsystem construction deployment way,along with the on-line business system increase,the number of documents exchanged more and more frequently,the traditional architecture of office automation system has been unable to meet the needs,followed by system resources can not be shared,the load is unbalanced,resource utilization is very low and equipment capacity.The problem of high consumption is becoming more and more serious.In addition,the original servers,databases,storage and other business syst ems account for a higher proportion,the degree of standardization is not uniform,the universality is not high,and the expansion capacity is limited,which makes it difficult to control the cost of construction and expansion,and brings difficulties to the unified maintenance of the system.In the case of peak business flow,the traditional system deployment architecture can not overload the heavy business flow,short-term even more unable to expand the system instantaneously,resulting in a sharp drop in the application system response speed or even system paralysis and other situations are often occurring,which is a departure from the current construction of the tax system informatization objectives.Therefore,combined with the current rise of cloud computing,large data technology,the traditional office automation system through upgrading and completion,deployed on the cloud computing platform,proposed based on cloud platform network office automation system is very necessary.Using cloud platform to reduce computer costs,unlimited storage capacity,low software costs and other advantages,through cloud platform perception,when the peak business arrives,the free resources of cloud platform will be dynamically allocated to provide services for busy business systems.After the peak business,the idle data will be retrieved dynamically to maximize system performance.Optimal state,effectively solve the waste of hardware resources,manual and system upgrade maintenance costs are too high.The author of this paper studies the theoretical basis of cloud computing technology and the office automation system process.The office automation system based on cloud computing platform is designed and implemented.The efficiency of the office automation system is improved and the expansibility of the system is enhanced by using cloud computing technology.In this paper,designs an office automation system for tax authorities based on cloud platform,which is supported by IaaS layer and PaaS layer and delivered by SAAS layer.It can meet the growing business needs of tax system in China.
