Application Research Of Cooperative Office Automation System Based On Workflow

At present, office automation system has already been widely used in the enterprises and institutions. But during the course of application,some problems come, the main problems are information island, application island and resource island. Directly against these problems, this thesis put forward the scheme of cooperative office automation system based on the workflow technology.Firstly, we discuss the key technology in cooperative OA system. Then use the workflow technology to analysis the process model, organization model and resource model.Secondly, taking the office automation system in Shenyang railway bureau Jinzhou engineering group for example, this thesis gives the architecture of cooperative OA system.Using the workflow theory, this thesis gives the model and formalized presentation of document sending in office process, and puts forward the realization of process definition in document sending. It also discusses the concrete application of DECS (Domino Enterprise Connect service) technology in the interface between the OA system and other business system. In safe mechanism of the system, It discusses the system security setting based on Domino.Finally, this thesis summarizes the work having been done, and prospects the development of OA system.
