Research Of Citizen Participate Government Affairs Public In Zhuanghe

With the rapid development of information in today's society,in order to adapt to this fast-growing society,countries all over the world begin to attach importance to the work of government affairs publicity,expecting to achieve the goal of more fair and applicable policies through the work of government affairs publicity,and also to expand the public's right to know.In order to adapt to this global trend,China has already attached great importance to the work of government affairs publicity,and its development and promotion in these years and the degree of public participation has been greatly improved.And the public's right to participate in state,economic,cultural and social affairs is the concrete embodiment of the principle of people's sovereignty stipulated in our Constitution.Citizen participation is the premise of making government affairs public,and making government affairs public is the first step to participate all kinds of public affairs and political affairs for citizen.China government has strongly made the government information to be public.There are many ways to implement making government affairs public.Citizen participation makes different impact for developing making government affairs public for central government and local government.As a local government,Zhuanghe has a closely contact with citizen,so the citizen participation is very important for making government affairs public of the government.Regular citizen participation can improve the quality of administration,strengthen the cooperation between government and citizen,and reduce the resistance and cost of developing making government affairs public.So citizen participation makes the making government affairs public of government to a high level.On base of the research on practice of Zhuanghe making government affairs public and citizen participation,this paper summarize the problems of Zhuanghe making government affairs public: firstly,the sense of responsibility of public participation in government affairs publicity is not high;secondly,public participation in government affairs is not deep enough;thirdly,the practical ability of public participation in government affairs publicity is not strong.And then,this paper offer three suggestions for developing government making government affairs public: One is to raise the public's awareness of responsibility for participating in government affairs openness;the other is to strengthen the safeguard mechanism of public participation in government affairs openness;and the third is to cultivate the public's participation culture.Through these methods,the Zhuanghe government making government affairs public can be developed better.
