| Agricultural and rural peasants’ problems are fundamental to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The Nineteenth People’s Congress mentioned that great strides have been made in building democracy and the rule of law,that the issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" should always be the top priority of the Party’s work,and that the governance system combining autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue should be improved.Criminal acts,like persistent diseases,erode and endanger the development of society.Through the research on the crime of migrant workers,this paper analyses the crime,provides the theoretical basis for reducing the crime,guarantees the safety of people’s personal and property,thus promotes the progress of social economy,consolidates the foundation for building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020,and continuously strives to realize socialist modernization.In this paper,a questionnaire survey is used to investigate the criminal situation of suspected peasant workers in Dadong District Court of Shenyang.Based on the survey data,the characteristics and causes of the crimes committed by the peasant workers in Dadong District are analyzed in depth,which provides a theoretical basis for crime prevention,and a series of measures and plans are formulated.This article is divided into six chapters and three part to elaborate comprehensively:The first part is the introduction part,including chapter 1 and chapter 2.The first chapter focuses on the basis of topic selection,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research review,research content,methods and technical route.The second chapter defines relevant concepts and relevant theoretical basis.The second part is empirical analysis,including data sources and descriptive analysis(chapter 3),empirical analysis(chapter 4)and case analysis(chapter 5).Specific as follows:in the third chapter presents the data source and the basic characteristics of shenyang big east migrant workers crime,through the questionnaire survey to 252 migrant workers crime,found that criminals more migrant workers aged 30 to 45 one full year of life,family economic level low crime rate high,unmarried or divorced families of migrant workers are more likely to crime,the higher education level,the lower the crime rate,tired of crime against property among various types of crime in the first,social environment and the living environment has a far-reaching influence on crime;The fourth chapter empirical analysis using multivariate regression model of drug-related crime influence factors migrant workers migrant workers migrant workers life has a positive influence,according to the higher level of cultural,age of migrant workers of violent crime is low,the greater the number of children of migrant workers,economic pressure,the greater the economic crime rate is higher,the more fixed number of year of the migrant workers less committed theft more etc.Conclusion;Chapter five big east rural migrant workers in shenyang are analyzed based on the actual case of crimeand the subjective and objective reasons,found that migrant workers crime objective reasons of the urban and rural dual structure of the household registration system discrimination,lack of social opportunities and the employment crisis,institutional and regulatory factors,subjective reasons there are individual differences factors,cultural conflict and legal consciousness is weak,for single migrant workers crime typical sample explore different economic Angle of view of the scope of the behavior motivation,including employment quality low crime,as a result of a crime,the low degree of social integration,professional ideal and the reality gap leads to crime,such as draw migrant workers to make some of the factors above crime,It can more effectively prevent migrant workers from committing crimes.The third part is the conclusion and policy Suggestions,including the sixth chapter.Focusing on the analysis of the conclusion of the article,put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to prevent the crime of migrant workers. |
