Positive incentive refers to the process of encouraging employees to work towards the target line determined by the organization through material,spiritual and other positive guidance measures on multiple levels.In the research field of public security team,it can promote individual policemen to realize their self-value and maximize the enthusiasm and creativity of work.This is not only an effective means to further strengthen and improve the construction of public security team in the new era,but also a practical need to promote the transformation of public security organs' functions and improve their work style.At present,the lack of entrepreneurial motivation of cadres and officers is quite prominent.It is urgent to use management methods to improve the positive incentive management system of the public security team and give full play to the subjective initiative and work enthusiasm of the general police.Therefore,this article focuses on an analysis of the present situation of police team and incentive management system construction,studies with W city as an example,this view and analysis of the police team positive incentive problems,thus to improve the police team positive incentive management system and raises some feasible measures and Suggestions of advice,eventually to mobilize enthusiasm and creativity of police officer's fundamental purpose.This paper is divided into five parts.Part I: the introduction of this paper mainly elaborates the background of the topic selection and research significance of this paper.By referring to domestic and foreign scholars' research on incentive theory,incentive mechanism and incentive management and their results,it defines the research ideas,framework and methods of this paper and puts forward the innovation points of this paper.The second part mainly introduces the basic concepts and contents of positive incentive and incentive management system,as well as the theoretical basis related to the implementation of positive incentive and the enlightenment of this research topic,providing theoretical support for the following analysis of problems and countermeasures.The third part introduces the current situation of the positive incentive management system for the public security forces in W city,including the basic information of the police officers in W city,such as their age and educational background,the experience and effect of the implementation of positive incentive,the questionnaire survey and analysis of the current situation of positive incentive,as well as the main problems and reasons.The fourth part: it mainly introduces the beneficial results of the implementation of positive incentive in the police forces at home and abroad and the points worth learning.The fifth part: based on the actual situation of the public security team in W city,put forward concrete countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the positive incentive management system of the public security team.
