Study On The Construction Of Legal Professional Ethics In Judicial Reform In The New Era

The construction of legal professional ethics is an important subject of legal theory and practice.It is not only the essential value support for the operation of legal mechanism,but also the bottom line of professional ethics that legal practitioners must abide by.Due to the restriction of various complex factors and the influence of the special path of the development of the rule of law in China,the construction of legal professional ethics in China is in a serious lack of state,and has not attracted enough attention in the law education,which undoubtedly becomes one of the important reasons to aggravate judicial corruption and affect judicial justice.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party directly declared that China entered a new era of socialist construction and put forward new requirements for the construction of legal professional ethics under judicial reform.Under the background of judicial reform in the new era,further research on the construction of legal professional ethics has far-reaching significance at both theoretical and practical levels.Based on this,this paper aims to open a new breakthrough in promoting the development of the rule of law in China through the study of legal professional ethics in the context of judicial reform in the new era.In this paper,the basic theory of legal professional ethics construction from the aspects of connotation,importance and necessity of three makes a deep interpretation,from the legal norms,the judicial practice,legal education and legal behavior of the current lack of legal professional ethics in our country present situation and the cause of a deep analysis,combined with the new era spirit pursuit of judicial reform,the construction of a new era of science legal professional ethics construction is put forward with "people centered" concept,and docking of socialist core values and confirm three requirements of judicial reform spirit pursuit,Finally,it provides references for the construction of legal professional ethics in the next step from four aspects: determining spiritual orientation,strengthening education norms,establishing institutional mechanisms and building judicial teams.At the same time,through in-depth discussion on strengthening the construction of legal professional ethics,it provides more directional research methods and references for the development and promotion of judicial reform from the surface to the depth in the new era,and provides a powerful reference for the self-construction of legal professional workers.
