Research On Problems And Strategies Of Teachers' Professional Ethic Education Of Normal School Students

It is pointed out in the Reform and Development Outline of Chinese Education that “the the hope of national revitalization lies in education and the hope of educational revitalization lies in teaches.” The great Chinese dream of national rejuvenation needs a large number of outstanding teachers.Being a qualified teacher requires not only rich knowledge reserves and competitive teaching skills but also noble professional ethics.Of these,the noble professional ethics are the core elements of a good teacher.However,the lacking in professional ethics has been frequently happened in recent years.To improve the situation,the issue of teachers' professional ethics has been paid great attention by all sectors of society and the construction of the issue has been given more emphasis on by related departments.Normal schools,as the source place and main site of cultivating teaching staff,are supposed to give more emphasis on teachers' professional ethic education of normal school students.This paper mainly studies from the following parts:The introduction part.First,this paper illustrates the background and significance of my topic.Then,there is a research situation summary of current teachers' professional ethic education of normal school students at home and abroad.Besides,I've stated the thought and method of the research.Finally,I've point the innovation and deficiency of this paper.This paper can be divided into three parts:First of all,this part is the overview of teacher professional ethics education for normal school students.This part mainly defines the concept of “normal school students”,“teachers' professional ethics”,“teachers' professional ethic education”.Besides,I've stated the importance of teachers' professional ethic education of normal school students and the theoretical basis on which teachers' professi onal ethic education of normal school students is implemented.Second,This part is the problems and causes of teacher professional ethics education in normal university students.Then four problems in current teachers' professional ethic education of normal school students have been raised after questionnaires,interview results and document analysis.These problems include goals,contents,ways and effect of education.Causes of these problems have also been summarized in this part.Then four problems in current teachers' professional ethic education of normal school students have been raised after questionnaires and document analysis.These problems include goals,contents,ways and effect of education.Causes of these problems have also been summarized in this part.At last,I've proposed strategies for improving teachers' professional ethic education of normal school students.This part is the focus of this paper.According to the concept of all-personnel education,all-round education and whole-process education,I've put forward the corresponding solutions from four aspects: first,Construct a good environment for teachers' professional ethics education;second,Improving the teaching of teachers' professional ethics;third,attention should be focused on the construction of teaching staff in normal schools;last but not the least,self-education of professional ethics of normal school students should be improved.
