| In the civil service system,the employment method of positions affects the government’s work efficiency and professional services.It is of great significance to explore and study the employment methods of civil servants in China from the perspective of job matching.Based on the theory of person-job matching,the theory of social division of labor,using case study method,taking S area as an example,this paper studies the employment methods of civil servant positions.The research finds that civil servant positions can be divided into general positions and professional positions based on the degree of professionalism There are three types of job positions,combined with general and professional positions.For further analysis of these three types of positions,China ’s civil service employment methods mainly include position setting and evaluation systems in terms of person-job matching,employment method recognition,and employment method preferences.Common issues such as low demand matching,low appraisal of candidates for corresponding employment methods,candidates’ preference for realistic employment methods rather than rational needs,and the "dual-track" approach to recruitment and employment cannot be satisfied independently of each other The multi-level requirements for talent selection,the lack of appointment authority and matching incentives,etc.The main reason is the lack of further research on the position based on the theory of human-employee matching,the lack of relevance of the evaluation system and content to the requirements of the quality of the post,and the lack of matching of the employment methods of the post,which leads to the ineffective evaluation of the actual post.Based on this,this research proposes constructing and perfecting from the common or different perspectives such as strengthening job classification research,improving job classification construction,improving job classification standards,strengthening the employment method concept construction,improving the employment organization’s working standard,and improving the employment system process formulation.The countermeasures and suggestions of the three types of employment methods of civil servants in our country provide guidance research for the human resources management practice of civil servant recruitment methods based on job classification in government departments. |
