National Primary Education is an important part of the entire national education,it is also the focus of educational work,and an indispensable content in national work.After the establishment of Inner Mongolia autonomous government,south banner of right Qorcin's national primary school education has been rapidly popularized and improved on a weak basis.This thesis is based on the historical materials of the archives of the south banner of right Qorcin,from the aspects of national education history,national education policy,primary school education development,primary school teaching and its improvement,discusses the primary school education of national(Mongolian)in the period of 1947-1957.This thesis consists of an introduction and first,second,and third parts and conclusions.In the introduction,first of all,it explains the importance of topic selection as well as reasons for the period from 1947 to 1957 and its historical significance.Secondly,it summarizes the representative viewpoints of representative works in previous research results.Finally,the main historical materials used are introduced.The first part outlines the development process of national education in south banner of right Qorcin from the late Qing Dynasty to the Manchukuo period,the CPC's national education policy after the establishment of the People's Republic of China,and the national education policy and measures in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The second part,first,expounds the general situation of the development of Mongolian primary school education after the establishment of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement Federation in Inner Mongolia,including the number of students,Mongolian teachers and their proportion,etc.Secondly,inspects the primary school teachers and their training situation of the Mongolian primary school in south banner of right Qorcin from 1949 to 1957.The third part discusses the education and teaching situation of the Mongolian primary school in south banner of right Qorcin,from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching plans,and teaching languages.It also proposed a series of effective measures such as building a team of teachers,training model teachers,improving the ideological understanding of minority peoples about education,implementing the CPC's national education policy,and further improved national teaching and education.The conclusion part summarizes the main points and conclusions.
