Investigation Of The Logical Evolution And Theoretical Innovation Of The Chinese Co Inist Party’s Science And Technology Thought

Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China has been adhering to the scientific and technological thought of Marxism and has been tirelessly pursuing science and developing scientific and technological undertakings.Since the founding of the people’s Republic of China about seventy years,it is under the guidance of the scientific and technological thought of the Communist Party of China that China’s scientific and technological undertakings have achieved from "follow-up" to "parallel running",and even achieved "leading" in some fields.The scientific and technological undertakings have made brilliant achievements and created Chinese miracles.Since the eighteenth Nation Congress of the Communist Party,general secretary Xi Jinping has issued the slogan of "marching towards the world’s powerful country of science and technology".To achieve this ambitious goal,not only do we need to constantly explore in practice,but also we need to strengthen the top-level design under the guidance of scientific theory.Therefore,studying the scientific and technological thought of the Communist Party of China is not only conducive to grasping this theory in depth and providing theoretical guidance for the development of science and technology in China,but also is helpful to improve the theoretical system of Marxism scientific and technological innovation in China.This paper mainly studies from four aspects.First of all,through literature research,it mainly introduces the ideological basis and historical context of the party’s scientific and technological thought,and combs the formation process of the party’s scientific and technological thought from the early stage of its establishment to the founding of new China,so as to understand the primary formation process of the party’s scientific and technological thought.Secondly,it sums deeply up the development process of the scientific and technological thought system of the Communist Party of China from the founding of the people’s Republic of China,Furthermore,from the functions of science and technology,scientific and technological innovation,scientific and technological system and talent construction,it generalizes the main contents of the scientific and technological thought of several generations of national leaders,andanalyzes the deep logic of the evolution of the scientific and technological thought system.Thirdly,through comparative analysis,studying the innovative development of the party’s scientific and technological thought to Marxist theory.The saying that "science and technology are the first productive forces" has developed Marxism productivity theory.Scientific and technological labor value has expanded Marxism labor value theory.Innovation driven development has deepened Marxism development theory.Based on the view of the history of the masses,the scientific and technological development thought has continuously promoted people’s main position.Finally,dilemmas and challenges of the scientific and technological thought of the China Communist Party will be explored preliminarily in this context.The scientific and technological thought of the Communist Party of China enriches the basic content of Marxism,promotes the development of China’s scientific and technological undertakings,and provides theoretical guidance for the construction of the world’s powerful scientific and technological country.Based on the current difficulties faced by China’s scientific and technological development,this paper puts forward several suggestions for China’s scientific and technological development as following:Promote international exchange and cooperation and actively integrate into the global scientific and technological network;improve the ability of independent innovation,and build innovative country;deepen reform of the system for science,promote the in-depth integration of industry,education and research;combine talent training and introduction,tamp the intellectual support.
