Since the 21 st century,the amendment of Article 9 of the peaceful constitution has become increasingly popular in the elections of the house of Representatives and the Senate.After entering the new century,Japan 's major political forces will have a critical role in the LDP 's constitutional revision process in response to Article 9 of the Constitution and its changing trends.In order to find out the impact of Japan's major political forces on Article 9 of the Constitution,and to know the status and trend of Article 9 of the Constitution accurately,this article focuses on the attitude to Article 9 of the Constitution from various actors,such as political parties,prime ministers,parliamentarians,voters around,through comparative analysis.In the process of research and analysis of political parties,comparing the relevant regulations of the political party program involving Article 9 of the Constitution,to get the core ideas of political parties on Article 9 of the Constitution.At the same time,through the personal constitutional view of prime ministers after the 21 st century,combined with the relevant policies implemented during their tenure,in order to find out the trend of the Prime Minister's attitude on Article 9 of the Constitution.Through the public opinion survey data in the elections from 2003 to 2017,analyzing and comparing public views change of Article9,to grasp the current status and development trends of the constitutional views of Article 9 from parliamentarians and voters.On this basis,through a comprehensive analysis of the attitude to Article 9 of the Constitution by different political actors,the status quo of the constitutional amendment of Article 9 can be sorted out and predicted.Comprehensively,after the 21 st century,according to the development and changes of Japan's main political forces on Article 9 of the Constitution,which can make it clear that Japan will not amend Article 9 of the Constitution in the short term.Japan 'scurrent Prime Minister Abe 's political aspirations to complete constitutional amendments during his term of office may fail.
