Research On Job Satisfaction Of Volunteers At The 2019international Military Games

The International Military Games 2019 will carry forward the spirit of volunteerism with the concept of "making volunteer service a fashion".This is of great significance to promote the construction of Wuhan's "Volunteer City",improve the volunteer-related system,and manage volunteers for large-scale events in the future.This article focuses on the volunteer work of the 2019 International Military Games.From the perspective of the job satisfaction of the volunteers during the military games,this article summarizes and reflects on the gains and losses of the volunteers' work.It is hoped that from the 2019 International Military Games,China will further improve the organization and training of large-scale sports events in China,and provide reference and reference for holding large-scale voluntary activities in the future.The “work satisfaction” of the volunteers in this article refers to the evaluation attitudes of volunteers on the subjective and objective feelings of management during the entire process from training to the end of the Games.This research uses literature data method,survey method,mathematical statistics method to analyze and research the game volunteers,and combines the theoretical basis of questionnaire design,literature review of job satisfaction,and the actual situation of the volunteers of the military games.The job satisfaction survey questionnaire analyzes and studies the satisfaction of volunteers' subjective and objective feelings.After investigation,it was found that from the pre-match training of the 2019 International Military Games to the end of the match,the volunteers of the match generally gave high satisfaction ratings.Among them,the competition volunteers have high satisfaction in the five aspects of work pressure,job feedback,job position,logistical support,and job return.They have higher satisfaction in the three aspects of pre-job training,working relationship,and self-growth.The volunteers of the tournament provided good volunteer services to various service targets of the tournament and made an indispensable and important contribution to the successful holding of the military games in Wuhan.The 2019 International Military Games has now successfully concluded.Looking back at the related work of the volunteers of the Military Games,there are five aspects that can continue to improve in terms of volunteer work satisfaction: 1.Inadequate logistics support in some competition venues.2.The rehearsal arrangements for the emergency were insufficient.3.The selection of "Daily Volunteer Star" is arbitrary.4.Incomplete job distribution.5.Insufficient implementation of incentive measures.In order to provide better volunteer services for large-scale sports games in the future and enable large-scale sports events to be successfully held,from the perspective of the satisfaction of the volunteers of the games,the following five suggestions are made to the organizers of the games: 1.Improve the logistical support of each venue.2.Strengthen action drills and practice simulation exercises.3.Clarify the selection criteria of "Volunteer Star".4.Redesign of job plan.5.Information is open and transparent Measures are in place in a timely manner.
