| At present,China is in a new period of social transformation.On the one hand,China’s economy is growing rapidly and people’s living standard is improving day by day.On the other hand,social contradictions are becoming more and more prominent,and various uncertain factors are interwoven with each other.The outbreak of public crisis events has a new trend and characteristics,which increases the possibility of the outbreak of public crisis events.All kinds of natural disasters,public security incidents,terrorist incidents and public health problems seriously endanger people’s living order,affect social stability and security,and bring huge challenges to the government.For the government,after the outbreak of public crisis,it is very necessary to adopt timely and effective countermeasures to prevent the public crisis from spreading.Overall level of current our country government public crisis management is still in a primary stage,the lack of a set of more perfect information system and operation mechanism,has not yet formed a complete system of crisis management,so ask the government must do a good job in information disclosure in the public crisis management to exercise good public crisis management which is an important function.In today’s society,information has increasingly become an indispensable resource for a society.As the most authoritative operator of information resources,the government can obtain the most comprehensive and authentic information resources at the first time.From the government in public crisis events in recent years to cope with the situation of information resources,the government timely,accurate and comprehensive public information itself,to the society for the public to understand the actual circumstances of the crisis event,to be able to eliminate the inner tension and fear,avoid excessive fermentation rumors,prevent the public crisis continues to worsen,guarantee the smooth and effective government crisis management work.From the perspective of government information disclosure in publiccrisis management,this paper intends to combine the public crisis events in China in recent years with the relevant public crisis management theories to study the issues related to government information disclosure in public crisis management in China.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces three parts.The first part introduces the concepts of public crisis management and information disclosure,the second part discusses the relevant theories used in this paper,and the third part mainly discusses the significance of government information disclosure in public crisis management.The first part of the second chapter summarizes the course of government information disclosure in China’s public crisis management.The third chapter discusses the problems that need to be solved in the public crisis management of our country.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the problems of government information disclosure in China’s public crisis management.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of government information disclosure in public crisis management from four aspects: improving the awareness of government openness,strengthening the construction of responsibility supervision mechanism,improving laws and regulations,and strengthening the use of media... |
