| As the largest real estate enterprise in Guizhou Province,HLC,has faced the management challenges in the traditional community mode transformation and Internet + upgrading in the implementation of smart community management strategy.This paper mainly studies the implementation of WeChat applet in HGY + + smart community management.The main research contents include: 1.The concept and theoretical research of Internet + smart community management,and the case study of smart communities at home and abroad.2.HGY’s macroenvironment PEST analysis and SWOT analysis of the implementation strategy of enterprises,and discuss of HGY community management present situation of the implementation of the strategy.3.analysis of the needs of community residents,design of the functional framework of WeChat APP for HGY project.4.Studies of the practical problems encountered by Weixin miniprogram in the public test of community management application system,and enlightens of the implementation of other strategies through the case study of the enterprise.Through this study shows that the application of Weixin mini-program can meet the value-added needs of residents in the community,as an Internet + tool,in the operation and management of smart community transformation,it has the advantage convenience of development and promotion and easy to use for the user,with commercial value. |
