Research On Marx’s Thought Of Rule Of Law And Its Contemporary Value

Marx’s thought of rule of law is an important part of Marxist theory of rule of law.It not only inherited and further developed modern Marxist thought of rule of law in the course of our party’s development,but also contributed to the construction of the theoretical system of rule of law that promotes the Sinicization of Marxist thought and the The development of modern holistic democracy and the rule of law has played a huge role in promoting the development.The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to and continued to explore and develop and improve Marx and Engels’ theory of rule of law.The rapid development of Marx’s theory of rule of law in China not only provides theoretical support for the theory of rule of law,but also provides practical guarantee for the development of the characteristic socialist rule of law in China.At the same time that we see a series of new achievements,we should also deeply understand and see that there is still huge room for continuous progress and improvement in the construction of a democratic and ruled society in China.Therefore,in order to complete the grand Chinese dream of realizing the great prosperity and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as quickly and better as possible,we must continue to increase the theoretical research and promotion efforts to better integrate Marx’s modern rule of law state theory with the theory of China’s modern rule of law construction.Actually combined closely,this research is specially carried out.This article mainly researches from the following aspects:First,fully grasp the profound connotation of Marx’s thought of rule of law from the historical meaning of Marx’s thought of rule of law,the background of the times and its social background,and the connection between Marx’s thought of rule of law and actual German legal issues.Second,the development process of Marx’s thought of rule of law is explained in stages from the bud,formation and formation of Marx’s thought of rule of law.Third,it explains the basic characteristics of Marx’s rule of law: adherence to humanism,equality and freedom,and fairness and justice.Fourth,the theoretical value of Marx’s rule of law is explained from three perspectives: Marx’s rule of law is the guiding ideology of the theoretical system of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics;it provides important guidance for the development of the rule of law in China;Fifth,the practical value of Marx’s rule of law is analyzed from four aspects: China’s rule of law country construction,China’s rule of law government construction,China’s rule of law society construction,and China’s democratic political construction.
