With the transformation of the social governance structure in our country,the work content of community neighborhood committees in the planned economy system can not meet the needs of the community residents.In order to better serve the community residents,to make the community work in our country healthy and rapid development,the community workers' profession came into being.The community work in the peace zone has been affirmed by the central leaders,and is in the forefront of the whole city and in the whole country.Through a case study of the community work in Heping District,we try to find out the innovation of the management mode of the community workers,improve the management level of the community workers,and provide beneficial reference for the urban community work in the whole city and even the whole country.The author is working in the Organization Department of Heping District Committee of Tianjin city.Through investigation and analysis,the author summarizes the current situation of the management of community workers in the Heping District,the good experience and existing problems.Analysis of community workers management issues in academic circles at home and abroad based on the actual work,in Heping District of Tianjin city community work do a lot of research,combined with their own professional knowledge,combined with literature,trying to find out under the current system,some countermeasures of community workers management mode innovation.
