The international situation is unpredictable.It is particularly urgent to rapidly improve the manufacturing level of China's national defense science and technology industrial equipment and strengthen national defense strength.Therefore,how to improve the informatization level of material management of national defense science and technology enterprises,to achieve regular materials,reliable quality,controllable costs,to meet the needs of customers and scientific research and production has become an important issue.The main content of this paper is the informatization of material management of national defense science and technology enterprises.National defense technology-based enterprises have specific requirements for material management,and different levels of quality,schedule,and cost control requirements are different.Special tasks range from prototype development to batch production,with customers having specific requirements at each stage.In the pre-development stage,the quality requirements are low,the schedule requirements are high,and the prototype prototype verification is completed as soon as possible after the normal temperature performance test,in order to obtain the bidding opportunity and win the market;with the development of the engineering and mass production,the quality requirements will continue To improve,it is necessary to meet the stringent environmental requirements such as flight test,and the progress must also meet the customer's installation time node.The design of the system integrates the characteristics of material management of national defense science and technology enterprises with the standardization process of material management,the concept,structure,principle and method of development and application of information platform,making full use of the storage capacity and computing analysis of computer and Internet.Advantages,use the use case diagram to analyze the core function modules of the system,select B/S as the network structure mode,use the Java language to develop the program on the Eclipse platform,and design based on the MVC architecture combined with the Struts framework,and use the materials in the procurement function.The demand calculation algorithm MRP analyzes the production demand,inventory situation,purchase in transit and other aspects,and rationally formulates the purchase quantity to avoid inventory backlog and save costs.The national defense science and technology material management information system consisting of seven basic business modules including system basic data information management,purchase order and contract management,product quality management control,warehouse material storage and delivery,contract registration payment,comprehensive information statistical analysis and system management was realized.Finally,the business function modules in the system were tested.The results show that the system tests are qualified and meets all the functions in the demand analysis,which can provide services for defense science and technology enterprise material management.
