Research On Social Work Involving Reemployment Of Two-Child Mothers

Since the issuance of the comprehensive two child policy on January 1,2016,as the undertaker of the childbearing task,women's life has been greatly affected,mainly reflected in the choice of two child childbearing and employment after two child childbearing.The issue of employment also has an important impact on women's economic status,social security and social status.The realization of real equality between men and women is also inseparable from women's economic independence and certain social security foundation.This paper mainly aims at the research of reemployment of second-child mothers through social work method under the background of comprehensive second child policy.First of all,according to the data provided by Y community,this paper analyzes the employment situation of second-born mothers in the community,collects and understands the employment problems and employment needs of mothers who have two children in Y community four years after the implementation of the comprehensive second child policy through the questionnaire,and makes a judgment based on the conclusions of the questionnaire and relevant research.Secondly,social work is used to intervene in the reemployment of mothers who have two children.The professional methods of group work and case work are used to help second-born mothers achieve herself empowerment and enhance social support from three levels of individual,family and society,so as to alleviate and solve the problems they face in the process of reemployment.In the intervention of group work,the author recruited 9 second mothers who were waiting for work and one mother who was starting a business from y community to set up a "Superman mother" mutual aid group for energy enhancement.The group increased energy for second mothers from three aspects of psychological construction,ability improvement and employment support.Through eight consecutive group activities,the psychological state of second mothers who were waiting for work was adjusted to help them obtain employment Information,provide them with life employment skills training,promote family harmony,and link relevant social resources.In the case work intervention,this paper develops two second mothers with different characteristics from the group members of "Superman mothers".They are facing different problems and troubles from themselves,their families and the employment environment.Through five gradual interviews and follow-up,they can promote their own employment skills,establish a healthy attitude,and further help them to obtain employment.Through group and case work,the expected goal of Y community social work intervention in second-born mothers' reemployment and their difficulties in reemployment have been improved,their abilities have been improved,their emotions and pressures have been released,and some members have found jobs through resources linked to social workers.The social work involved in the study of second birth mothers' reemployment.The community service agencies,women's federations and existing social organizations gave full play to their roles.They made full use of the social support system in promoting women's self-improvement and assisting women in entrepreneurial activities,so as to provide protection for women's rights and interests in terms of policies and systems.
