A Study On The Construction Of The Family Style Of Party Members And Leadind Cadres In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,with the deep development of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party,Family-style corruption cases become more prominent,in the whole society set off an upsurge of family style.Combined with the case of family-style corruption,the family style has evolved into the micro field of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party with its unique connotation,which has played a prominent role in the struggle against corruption.From General Secretary Xi Jinping's exposition on various occasions to the perfection of the inner-party legal system and the improvement of the social atmosphere,the topic of emphasizing family style and emphasizing family education has also aroused widespread discussion in the society for the construction of the family style of leading cadres in the new era.The main structure of this paper is divided into four parts,each part is related to each other,and the logic is tight.The first chapter mainly discusses the specific connotation and characteristics of "home style "," leading cadres of party members" and "leading cadres of party members in the new era ",and deeply excavates the theoretical sources of the construction of party members' leading cadres' home style from three aspects: Marxist family view,family,the excellent traditional home style culture of the Chinese nation and the red home style culture of the Communist Party represented by Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping.The second chapter expounds the contents of the construction of the family style of the leading cadres of the Party members in the new era from three aspects: the life style of self-cultivation and self-discipline,the concept of managing the family by public and private,and the view of political morality of the great righteousness of the family country,and provides the concrete direction for the construction of the family style of the leading cadres of the Party members in the new era.The third chapter expounds the achievements,problems and reasons of the building of the family style of leading cadres of Party members in the new era.The achievements are mainly reflected in Xi Jinping's important exposition on the construction of leading cadres' family style,the construction of party members' leading cadres' family style is brought into the relevant legal system,and the social atmosphere is improved in three aspects.In the analysis of problems,based on the concrete expression of the notification documents of 204 middle-management cadres involved in corruption published on the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),this paper makes a data analysis on the concrete manifestation of the improper family style of leading cadres of Party members in the new era.Summarized the new era party member leading cadre's family style malfeasance performance mainly for the family-style corruption,with the family is angry;deviates from the family,the virtue does not coordinate;the life extravagant,covetous enjoyment;the official business collusion,the circle culture serious four aspects.And from the ideal and belief,family construction,system construction three levels of cause analysis.The fourth chapter is based on the misrepresentation of the leading cadres of the Party members in the new era,and puts forward concrete countermeasures from three aspects: strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs,strengthening the family construction and perfecting the system construction.
