Research On The Construction Of Party Members And Cadres' Work Style Under The Background Of Strict Governance Of The Party

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was convened,the collective leadership hold fast to the construction of the Party’s style as the main line,take the struggle against corruption as important task,comprehensively strengthen Party discipline made great achievements.Comprehensively strengthen Party is the fundamental follow of putting forward the great project of The Chinese Communist Party construction in the new period,it’s on basis of ‘comprehensive’,it’s core is reinforce Party leadership,it’s crux is ‘strictness’,it’s crucial point is ‘management’.The construction of the Party members and cadres style is breakthrough point and main focus and mirror of Comprehensively strengthen Party.Comprehensively strengthen Party also require the construction of the Party members and cadres style pursue efforts,remain innovative and enhance operational level.As the key factor to the Party’s style construction,construction of the Party members and cadres style has been strengthened in the process of the Party’s style construction,but there are still some problems exist in the construction of the Party’s cadres style.These issues concentrated expression in some Party members and cadres isolate from the masses,aim consciousness of the party decreased,their faith wavering and action inaction.There are four reasons for these issues.The erosion of feudal thought and bourgeoisie negative corrupt thought,the lack of party spirit,institutional deficiencies and poor implementation,some leader cadres didn’t play their leading role to the full.The construction of the Party’s cadres style plays an important role in Comprehensively strengthen Party,we must under the guide of the successful experiences got from the construction of the Party’s style,find the solution from four aspects,they are the Party cadre’s thought construction,organization construction,system construction,and anti-corruption construction,which is adapt to the strategic thinking of Comprehensively strengthen Party and the inevitable requirement of the smooth development of Comprehensively strengthen Party.
