Innovation Research On Social Security Management Of Nanjing Public Security Organ

The 18th National Congress of the CPC proposed that the general objective of comprehensively deepening reform is to improve and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics and push on with modernization of the country's governing system and capabilities.Report of the 19 th National Congress indicated that strengthening and developing new approaches to social governance and establishing a social governance model based on collaboration,participation,and common interests should been done in this course.In this new era,China is undergoing social transition of comprehensively deepening reform.Many old social governance concepts,mechanisms and systems are no longer suitable for the new social environment,which can't meet the requirements of national social governance capacity.As an important part of the subject of social governance,public security organs are facing the dual demands and challenges of the country and the people.It's an imperative task to developing new approaches to social governance.The essence is to restrict the power of the government,and to ensure the power of citizens as the core,so as to achieve social fairness and justice and achieve the goal of rule of law.This paper take Nanjing public security bureau's management innovation of social public security as the object of study.It analyze the problems and reasons of Nanjing public security bureau's management innovation of social public security on the basis of a lot of literature,research and some security bureau's management innovation practice works.The problems and reasons mainly show that the subject of social public security administration isn't clear,the capacity of resource integration isn't strong and methods and means and methods of social public security administration is backward.The author would come up with countermeasures and suggestions through theoretical research on social management,social security management innovation and governance at home and aboard.It is expected to provide reference for the research on the innovation of public security management of public security organs in China.
