Study On The Change Of Chinese Social Governance System Since The Reform And Opening Up

It has been more than 40 years since China implemented the reform and opening-up policy in 1978,and the achievements we have made are obvious to all.Social change,economic development,to people's production and life brought earth-shaking changes.The deep development of reform and opening up has directly brought about profound changes in the social structure.In order to adapt to this trend of change,China began to gradually transition from social management to social governance,in order to better adapt to the law of social development,to achieve the development goal of building a harmonious society,for the people to create a comfortable and comfortable work,the realization of an all-round well-off social environment atmosphere.The proposal and construction of China's social governance system is the inevitable result of the development of The Times,and it is also an important means to solve the new problems and contradictions in social practice.After the third plenary session of the eleventh central committee of the communist party of China in 1978,China developed by leaps and bounds in the economic,political,social and cultural fields under the guidance of the theory of reform and opening up and the implementation of policies.In the process of development,the construction mode and organization mode of the society have undergone great changes,and the traditional comprehensive regulation mode has gradually changed into the modern social governance mode.This article is based on the combination of theory and practice research train of thought,in widely collecting,sorting and study of related literature,on the basis of deep analysis of our country from the system of social management to the changes of social governance system transition process,the causes and effects,and attempts to summarize the historical experience in the process of the social governance of socialism with Chinese characteristics and law of development,reflected the present practice of the development of the social governance system is put forward for the future prospect of our country's social management system innovation and development.The thesis is divided into three parts: introduction,text,prospect and conclusion.The introduction part is the first chapter,which discusses the research background,the purpose and significance of the topic,the research review at home and abroad,as well as the research methods,innovations and shortcomings of this paper.The body part is chapter 2,chapter 3,chapter 4 and chapter 5.Based on the background of reform and opening up,chapter 2 clarifies the three stages of China's transformation from social management system to social governance system,namely,the stage of disintegration of traditional social management system,the stage of formation and development of social management system,and the stage of social governance system proposal and innovation.This paper explains the process of the change of our country's social governance system from the aspects of guiding ideology,system content and characteristics of The Times.Chapter 3summarizes the multiple reasons for the reform of social governance since the reform and opening up in China from the perspectives of system reform,social environment,social problems and the development of The Times.Chapter 4,on the basis of the above,analyzes the far-reaching influence brought by the change of social governance system,which involves the changes of social management mode,social mobility order,social construction objectives,contents and practices.Chapter 5 tries to summarize the basic laws that have been followed by the changes of social governance system for more than 40 years on the basis of the above,and draws the basic experience to guide the development practice of social governance system innovation.The last part is the research conclusion of this paper and the prospect of the future development of China's social governance system.
