Study On The Influencing Factors And Participants’ Behavior Of Group Emergency Extreme

In the back of big data,the Group Emergencies have shown a new trend in China in recent years,which is reflected in the fact that the induced factors are closer to people’s lives,people’s emotions are low,the events are developing and upgrading rapidly,and they are basically upgraded to the extreme state of smashing,smashing,looting and burning.For example,"6.28 Weng’an drowning incident in Guizhou","6.11 incident in Ma’anshan,Anhui","6.13 traffic accident in Guangxi" and "10.1 abduction and trafficking incident of completed children in Chenzhou,Hunan",etc.When these group emergencies are extreme,they often lead to a series of public security events,such as social disorder,serious property loss and so on.Improper handling may lead to the occurrence of such time extremes.Therefore,this paper studies the influencing factors of group emergency extremes and analyzes the sudden change behaviors of participants induced by identified critical factors of extremes,and puts forward relevant prevention and control measures from the source.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Group Emergencies in the new era of our country.Based on the combination of previous experience and the national conditions of our country,the meta-analysis method is used to analyze and identify four dimensions.From these four dimensions,14 extreme influencing factors are extracted,and the index system of Group Emergencies extreme is constructed.Secondly,ISM is used to explain the structural model to analyze the correlation,influence degree and importance degree of each influencing factor.The results show that each influencing factor has a high degree of cross influence with each other.According to the dependence degree and drive degree,it is divided into three groups: drive,linkage and dependence.On this basis,ANP network analytic hierarchy process model is constructed SD software classifies the importance of 14 influencing factors,and the research results show that the government emergency level has the highest weight in the four dimensions,followed by information dissemination,among which the sensitivity weight of events in the top 14 influencing factors is the key influencing factor;combined with the results of ISM and ANP analysis,complex network analysis software is used Gephi gets the hierarchical network structure diagram of extreme influencing factors,which makes the hierarchy clear.Finally,combined with the hierarchical network structure chart of the extreme influencing factors of group emergencies and the situation of China in the new era,from the perspective of catastrophe theory,puts forward the extreme prevention and control countermeasures from the two aspects of crisis prevention and control information guidance by using the method of empirical and model,so as to build the group early warning mechanism,evaluate the group situation in real time,strengthen the legal education of citizens,and improve the level of government emergency response Some suggestions are put forward in these aspects.
