Research On Public Security Prevention And Control Countermeasures Of Personal Extreme Event Risks In My Country

Personal extreme events risk belongs to the series public safety risks which lead to very serious results.There has been a sharp increase in the number of these events in recent years,which has had grave impact on social stability and the impact even continues to grow because the influence has posted a threat to the social security.The situation has also caught the attention of people from all walks of life,including political parties,governments and the masses,and public security organ plays the main role in prevent the society from a mess.From the perspective of public security,the whole thing is of great significance to the study of prevention system of personal extreme events risk and control work.In the process of this study,the author first focuses on basic research of personal extreme events risk.Combined theory and case analysis,this article analyses the development of personal extreme events risk,the situation of public security in China and the beneficial experience as well as the difficult issues.And finally,the author puts forward suggestions on strengthening the comprehensive prevention and the control of personal extreme events risk.To be more specific,the research mainly includes five aspects.First,on basis of relevant theories of public management,this article explains the relevant concepts,contents and significance of prevention and control of these events.Secondly,the article does research on the forms and characteristics of personal extreme events risk.Meanwhile,it analyzes the current situation in the aspects of control subjects,mechanisms,and subsistent problems.Thirdly,from the third aspects of prevention subjects,control subjects and mechanisms,the article points out the deep reason behind the situation.Fourthly,by studying the prevention and control method in foreign countries,we can gain favorable experience.Fifth,in view of the causes of the problem pointed out in the previous study,also on basis of foreign experience and relevant theories,the system puts forward preventive suggestions on principal collaborative governance,incentive system management and the control countermeasure of process science management.
