Study On Enhancement Of Community Policing In Weifang High-tech Zone

The first appearance of the concept of community policing was in the fourth policing revolution in the West,which also contributed to the reform of policing in various modern countries and became an indispensable part.Community policing focuses on the interaction between the police and the community and optimizes community governance.This model is the first choice for modern community governance.With the development of modern policing work,community policing has gradually approached community governance,thus putting forward new requirements for modern policing work.However,traditional community policing has conservative concepts,lack of innovation in governance,and low social participation.This has brought some problems to the current development of community policing.This article first introduces the concepts and theories related to community policing,and provides a theoretical basis for the following research;then through the understanding of the actual situation of the community police work in Weifang High-tech Zone,we summarize the current development effectiveness of community police in Weifang High-tech Zone;The questionnaire surveyed the field of community policing in Weifang High-tech Zone,and summarized the current problems in community policing,including backward governance concepts,insufficient cooperation among multiple subjects in community policing,and the operation of community policing Problems such as imperfect mechanisms,and analysis of the causes of the problems;Finally,according to the above analysis,the strategies for optimizing the development mechanism of community policing work are targeted,including building a diversified participation management mechanism,strengthening the capacity of management personnel,and regulating the operation of community policing Mechanism,etc.In this way,the level of community governance is improved,and the comprehensive governance system of social security is further improved and enriched.It can also provide reference for other communities and play a certain role in promoting the development of community policing.
