Research On The Xi Jinping's Thoughts Of Rule Of Law And Its Practice Route

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the status and role of the rule of law in governing the country have been elevated to an unprecedented level.General Secretary Xi Jinping applied Marxist worldview,methodologies and basic principles to put forward new ideas and strategies for comprehensively administering the country according to law,which is called Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law.This is a set of ideological and theoretical systems of the rule of law that is ambitious,rich in content,logical,and complete.It focuses on a series of major theoretical and practical issues in the construction of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,starting from the overall situation of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.It scientifically and systematically answers the questions like what kind of socialist country under the rule of law with Chinese characteristics and how to uphold and develop this country combined with theory and practice in the new era.It first mentioned a series of new concepts of the rule of law: "constructing a socialist society ruled by law with Chinese characteristics,building a socialist country ruled by law,and developing a socialist system of rule of law with Chinese characteristics.Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law inherits the core connotation of Marx and Engels' legal thoughts,draws on Lenin 's socialist country 's legal system experience,bases on the specific national conditions of the new era,and makes major breakthroughs in the theory of the rule of law,raising our party 's understanding of the rule of law to new heights.It is the latest theoretical result of the Sinicization of Marxist thought on the rule of law,and it is the theoretical program for the construction of the rule of law in China.It guides the further exploration of the practice of the rule of law in China,provides legal guarantee for advancing the "four comprehensive" strategic layout,and provides China's experience for the construction of the world's rule of law civilization.This article explores Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law as an independent whole,based on the basic principles of Marxism,and dialectical materialism.The article consists of the following five parts.The first part expounds the research background and practical significance of the subject as "Research on Xi Jinping's Thoughts on Rule of Law and Its Practice Path",systematically reviews related research at home and abroad,and further clarifies the research methods and innovations of this article.The second part traces the background of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law in detail.From the two dimensions as realistic and theoretical background,we deeply explored the conditions for the generation of Xi Jinping's rule of law thought.The realistic background coordinated the domestic and international situation.The theoretical background involved ancient,modern,Chinese and foreign law thought.The third part systematically combs throughthe connotation system of Xi Jinping's rule of law.Xi Jinping's thoughts on the rule of law are rich in content with wide range and systematically.This theory sorts out the core connotation and scientific system of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law from the five dimensions of fundamental assurance theory,theory of power source theory,development path theory,scientific methodology and strategic system theory.The fourth part analyzes the time value of Xi Jinping's rule of law.In theory,Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law is the latest theoretical result of the Sinicization of Marxist thought on the rule of law for the construction of the rule of law in China.In practice,Xi Jinping's idea of rule of law provides guarantee of rule of law for advancing the "four comprehensive" strategic layout;and contributes Chinese experience to the construction of a civilization ruled by law in the world.The fifth part focuses on the practical approach of Xi Jinping's rule of law,analyzes Xi Jinping's thoughts on the rule of law from four aspects: constructing the rule of law system,implementing the principles of the rule of law,promoting the team of rule of law,and consolidating the culture of rule of law,carrys out all-round,multi-level,multi-angle practice.
