| Compared with the newly built residential area,the problem of old abandoned management area has more impact on social harmony and stability.The comprehensive renovation of the old and abandoned management district is a long-term plan for the Shenyang municipal government to benefit the people’s livelihood.From the initial three years of transformation in 2010,it began in the first three years and continued in 2018.It can be said that it has been on the road and is also due to some problems in the transformation project,which has led to the re management after the reconstruction.In the case of repeatedly abandoning the tube in the unmanned take over.The fundamental purpose of the reconstruction of the community is to establish a comprehensive and long-term management mechanism to solve the problem of abandoning the management again after the reconstruction of the community.Through the analysis of the property management theory and the old and old residential district reform plan,this paper takes a questionnaire survey and comparative analysis to discuss the main position of the owner in the property management.It is important to guide owners to establish the principal position of district management.Taking the three years transformation of old and old abandoned pipe District in Wanquan area of Shenyang as a case,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the hardware engineering and the follow-up management mechanism of the transformation of the abandoned pipe community,and finds the advantages and disadvantages of the government invested District transformation action.From the reality,it gives the main position of guiding the main body of the industry,and attaching importance to the reformed objects.The construction of industry management mechanism and the specific and feasible suggestions of government departments to clarify the division of powers and responsibilities will provide useful reference for the transformation of old residential areas in the city. |
