Social Work Intervention Women Study Of Community Correction

At present,our country social work intervention in community correction work is in its infancy,in recent years,the main management for community correction object to the measures for the implementation of community correction and projects two issued "on further strengthening the management of the community correction work cohesion with opinions is given priority to,the act of community correction in China on December 28,2019,the thirteenth session of the standing committee of the National People’s Congress through the15 th meeting,shall become effective as of July 1,2020.Currently,there is no systematic,complete and effective system for the correction management of female community correction objects,and no attention has been paid to the particularity of female community correction objects,making the existing community correction management services unable to meet the needs of supervision,management and education of female community correction objects.From management system platform,community correction work in heilongjiang province,jiamusi X justice bureau currently 24 people were receiving women often object,the current affair in 8,X justice bureau has 11 judicial offices of community correction work still have limitations,lack of systemic and effectiveness,such as office tension,correction for women’s single,the lack of proper methods and evaluation,the imperfect legislation,less social forces to participate in and so on.So in this paper,the department of justice of jiamusi X S judicial offices a typical female personnel as the service object to carry out the work of community correction,the label increases the power theory of family social support theory and the theory of cognitive behavior therapy theory,on the basis of by conducting case work,using interview method,focuses on the current restraints on the development of women’s community correction work and social work how to use their own advantages to improve the current judicial administrative women community correction work in short board,make the female community correction workers to return to society,to a normal life.
