This article is based on interviews with villagers in Dawangmiao Village,Tantou Town,Tantou Town,Luoyang City,where the former site of the Anti-Japanese War School of Henan University.The Tangtou Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall,Henan University Anti-Japanese War History Museum and other relevant documents are analyzed and integrated from an authoritative perspective.Combined with the country-society analysis framework,I tried to explore how the education elite group of agricultural college professors took advantage of their own educational resources and authority to intervene in the traditional village authority system in the traditional period,and what impact and impact it had on this traditional authority system.The article consists of five parts.The first part presents the research background,clarifies the problem awareness,rakes in the academic perspectives,puts forward the research ideas of this article,and objectively describes the economic background and authoritative structure of Tantou Town and Dawangmiao Village in the traditional period.The second part writes that the Agricultural College of Henan University organizes the entry into the traditional village authority system,interacts with traditional authority subjects such as village chiefs,clans,and traditional village intellectuals,and discusses how elite authority enters the village authority system.The third part mainly talks about the education elites use their professional knowledge to export public services to villages,improve the lives of villagers,and discuss the process by which elite authority can be expanded in the traditional village authority system.The fourth part mainly elaborates what aspects of the traditional authority system have been reshaped by the professors of the Agricultural College,and analyzes the restructured authority system form.Chapter 5 analyzes the background of traditional village authority system remodeling,the path of remodeling and the effectiveness of village governance of the authoritative system after remodeling.This article believes that under the social background of the failure of the reorganization of the grassroots order of the government of the Republic of China and the weakening of the governance capacity of the country’s villages,the armored force as the spokesperson of the country’s grassroots regime has power and power.Villages rely more on a low-level,irregular and deprived governance maintained by local elites who rely on the endogenous nature of the village relying on compulsory authority.This is not conducive to the establishment of national grassroots political power and national grassroots governance.To break this solidified authority model,it is necessary to resort to external force,which leaves room for university professors,the main body of education authority,to reshape the village authority system.In this governance background,the professors of the College of Agriculture use the organization embedded in the traditional authority system to form a progressive authority position,and expand the authority position in the traditional authority system by using education expertise to export village construction,and finally use authority to transform the village governance,The establishment of a new authority system with the education elite as the main body of authority. |
