Research On Legal Regulations Of The Internet Fraud Crime In China

The 21st century is an informational age.With the implementation of China’ s Internet policy,the Internet is integrated into people’ s lives and into all walks of life.However,as an emerging thing,the Internet is also unpredictable in the process of development,and it is easy to engender new problems.While the Internet provides new ways of living and working for people,it also provides development space for crime.With the development of the Internet,more and more new types of network crime have emerged.Among them,the incidence of Internet fraud crime is the highest,which is also closely related to most of us.The development of information networks is extremely rapid,but China’ s laws and regulations on Internet fraud crime are relatively inferior.It is still in its infancy and needs to be gradually improved.The author starts with the current laws and regulations on Internet fraud crime in China,By analyzing the current status of China’ s Internet fraud crime laws and regulations,combined with relevant legislative experience abroad,aiming at the shortcomings of China’ s current Internet fraud crime legal system,and come up with a few targeted suggestions for further improvement of the legal system for Internet fraud.Specifically,this article focuses on Internet fraud crime,mainly including the following parts:the current status of Internet fraud crime in China;the status of laws and regulations on Internet fraud crime at home and abroad;The problems existing in the legal regulation system of my country’ s cyber fraud crimes are also the relevant legislative defects;and the Suggestions on Perfecting the Legal Regulation System of Internet Fraud Crime in China.I hope that I can put forward targeted opinions through the analysis and research on Internet fraud crime,and I hope that we can better promote the improvement of the criminal law system of Internet fraud crime,and better improve China’s legal system for regulating Internet fraud crime,and better respond to frequent Internet fraud crime.
