A Study On Ideological And Political Education Of Post-90s Migrant Workers

The “migrant workers” group can be generally divided into the first generation(or“old generation”)migrant workers,the second generation(referring to the “post-80s”group of new generation migrant workers)and the third generation(referring to the "post-90s" group of new generation migrant workers)migrant workers,of course,many scholars have put forward different views and understandings according to different classification standards.This article mainly selects the third generation of migrant workers,that is,post-90 s migrant workers,as the main body of research.The post-90 s peasant work is an important force to promote my country's industrialization,urbanization,and modernization,and it is an important part of the peasant worker group and our country's contemporary industrial workers.The latest survey report on migrant workers shows that the post-90 s migrant workers are about 64.154 million.The post-90 s group of migrant workers is huge,and as time goes on,their impact on our country's economic and social development will deepen year by year.But the post-90 s migrant workers also faced many problems during their work in the cities,which severely restricted their physical and mental growth and development.There are huge differences between the post-90 s migrant workers and the first and second generation of migrant workers in terms of age,growing environment,job type,psychological status,etc.It is crucial to put forward suggestions to solve these problems.This article discussed a series of questions about the ideological and political education of post-90 s migrant workers based on the important political thesis of the new era,and aimed to explore a suitable path for post-90 s migrant workers to adapt to social development.So that they will better play the role in our country's social development process.Through in-depth research on the relevant literature of the post-90 s migrant workers' ideological and political education issues,starting from the analysis of the post-90 s migrant workers' demand characteristics,the paper analyzes the post-90 s migrant workers' ideological and political education status and proposes ways to solve the post-90 s migrant workers' ideological and political education issues.First,the article sorts out the theoretical achievements and research status of the post-90 s migrant workers' ideological and political education;then,the concepts and analyzes the post-90 s migrant workers' ideological and political education were defined.The theoretical basis of ideological and political education;secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on post-90 s migrant workers with the help of the "Questionnaire Survey on the Ideological and PoliticalEducation Status of a Group of Post-90s",and the empirical analysis of the demand characteristics of post-90 s migrant workers and their ideological and political education status,and the problems in its ideological and political education were analyzed.Finally,the ways to solve the ideological and political education problems of post-90 s migrant workers from the five aspects of the main body,method,carrier,content and environment of ideological and political education were proposed.
