| China’s economy continues to develop,society continues to make progress,and the population base is getting larger and larger.As a basic unit of citizen’s life,how to adapt to the requirements of economic and social development and how to effectively govern the community has become an increasingly important issue.Community is the most basic,most complex and most onerous management object.Each region has its own different problems and needs to be governed according to the actual situation.The country has also made great efforts to this,many times,it has issued documents proposing to strengthen community governance and reduce the burden on communities.After some exploration,China has also gained a lot of governance experience,which has achieved certain results for the community development.However,the community burden problem has always existed,resulting in the community governance can not be carried out smoothly,the community synergy work to be continued to explore.This paper starts with the problem of increasing the efficiency of the community,and adopts the interview method,the literature analysis method,the questionnaire survey method to investigate the community of S,T district,Beijing.Study investigated the present situation of S community,and analyses its problems,reasons and needs,found S community has many problme about excessive administrative affairs,one community workers holds several jobs and no corresponding professional skills,community residents can’t correct exercise rights and performing obligations,lack of professional community self-organization within the community,analysis of the demand and reasons,and puts forward corresponding solutions and implementation.The program includes community workers,community residents,social workers and so on.This project aims to solve the problems existing in the governance of S community,assist the community to solve the current dilemma,reduce the burden on the community,strengthen its service level,promote efficiency,and make the community develop healthily. |
