| As a special group of grass-roots work,Selected Graduates are faced with occupational stress in the work,which would seriously affect their work and life.This research focuses on the problem of Selected Graduates’ occupational stress based on the theory of social learning,advantage perspective and social support.A mixed method is used in this research,which is consisted of literature review,participation observation,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview.This research analyzes the causes of Selected Graduates’ stress from the factors of individual,occupation,organization,system and society.Based on the statistical analysis of the survey results,the Selected Graduates who are facing occupational stress are selected to carry out interfering with group activities.According to the evaluation of the service effect,this research explores the methods and strategies for the intervention of social work in the occupational stress alleviation of Selected Graduates from the aspects of individuals,organizations and society.As a result,the power of social work could be displayed to help Selected Graduates,relieving those occupational stress and improving their administrative efficiency and sense of occupational achievement.Thus far,the research has argued 3 aspects of occupational stress of Selected Graduates.Firstly,the psychological factors of occupational stress of Selected Graduates in County B are lack of self-awareness and poor emotional management.Social workers should help Selected Graduates to find their own advantages,correct irrational cognition,fully affirm their self-worth,and provide strong emotional support and psychological comfort.Secondly,the lack of working skills and unclear occupational planning have brought occupational stress to Selected Graduates.Social workers should help group members learning from other members’ working experience and methods of dealing with problems.This will make group members improve the ability of solving problems;meanwhile,promote industry development and make personal career progress.Finally,to solve the problem of occupational stress caused by poor interpersonal relationship and insufficient social support,social workers should help Selected Graduates establish a strong social support network. |
