Research On The Construction Of A New Type Of Government-business Relationship In China In The New Era

A good relationship between government and business is of great significance for clarifying the boundary between government and market,promoting sound economic development and social harmony and stability.With the continuous advance of comprehensively deepening reform and the improvement of the market economy system,the disadvantages of the traditional government-business relationship have gradually emerged.The government-business relationship has become more complicated and difficult to control,with a tendency of alienation and distortion.How to shape a healthy and harmonious government-business relationship is an urgent need in the new situation.At the same time,the traditional superiority to stimulate the growth of economy was out of existence,enterprises are under huge pressure to survive and transform,and economic development is facing many challenges.It is urgent for the government to guide and support enterprises to get out of the development dilemma and form a benign interactive pattern of government-business relations so as to promote economic and social development.On March 4,2016,when Comrade Xi Jinping proposed the new type of government-business relationship at the fourth session of 12 th national committee of the CPPCC,which aroused a enthusiastic response from the political and business.It's a new positioning of the government-business relationship under the new normal,which provides reference and inspiration for how to deal with the relationship between government and market and how to regulate the interaction between government officials and entrepreneurs.This paper studies the construction of new-type government-business relationship in China in the new era,utilizing three means such as literature analysis,history method,inductive analysis.First,the paper reviews the development process of the government-business relationship since the reform and opening up,and then leads to the necessity of constructing new-type government-business relationship at present.Then,based on the spiritual connotation of the new-type government-business relationship,constructing a New Theoretical Form of new-typegovernment-business relationship.By combining with the bad behavior of political and business communication in reality,this paper summarizes the concrete manifestations of alienation of government-business relationship and discusses the reasons for its formation.Finally,with the goal of building a new-type government-business relations,the paper proposed that efforts should be made from five aspects:building a law-based government,improving the efficiency of government services,establishing enterprise regulations,building a benign interaction mechanism between government and business,and reshaping the government-business culture,so as to achieve the benign development of the government-business relationship.
