A Study On The Governance Of New Rural Communities In The Process Of Urbanization

The issue of new rural community governance has become an important development strategy of the country.Several policies have been issued.Actively promoting the governance and construction of new rural communities under the background of rural revitalization is of far-reaching significance for promoting the development of urbanization.Even more significant.In the context of urbanization,the governance of new rural communities is a complex and in-depth issue.With the continuous deepening of urbanization,new types of rural community governance will inevitably have a variety of conflicts and contradictions,including new and old differences in culture,economy,and politics,so there are bound to be more complicated governance issues.However,in the face of these major challenges,the enhancement of the quality of residents in new rural communities and the gradual advancement of democratic politics and the construction of the rule of law have become new development opportunities in governance.This article mainly uses the literature research method and the case analysis method to analyze the new rural community governance in the process of urbanization.Taking Z Town in Binzhou City as an example to analyze the current situation of the governance of new rural communities under the process of urbanization,Z Town has now formed a "1 + 4" multi-governance subject,a "Trinity" governance goal,"soft and hard combined implementation" "Governance tools and" people-oriented"governance content,and achieved certain results,to maximize the use of party building leadership,the implementation of grid management,the establishment of a comprehensive platform operation model,and achieve the accurate extension of community governance and other effects.The analysis found that there are still problems in the governance of new rural communities in Z Town,Binzhou City,including the lack of diversified governance and service awareness on the subject of governance;the lack of social synergy on the governance goals;and public participation in the new rural communities on governance methods There are obstacles to governance;new rural community governance needs to be enriched in terms of governance.In this regard,we can improve the level of governance by strengthening the awareness of multi-subjects' participation in governance,increasing the public's enthusiasm for governance,strengthening the role of social organizations,enhancing the guarantee of new rural community governance resources,and enriching governance content and means.
