A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Implementation Of The System Of Criminal Classification And Treatment Of Shandong Province

At present,with the continuous improvement of the requirements of the state for the reform of criminals,the continuous improvement of the protection of the rights and interests of criminals,and the continuous adjustment of the scoring and assessment system,it is difficult to supervise criminals,and the reform of criminals is faced with new environment and challenges in many aspects.In this context,grading treatment shows its unique advantages in the process of reform of criminals in our country,which should play an increasingly important role However,due to the influence of many factors,China’s criminal classification and treatment work is still in a relatively marginal position,which is not conducive to play its due role.This requires us to look forward to and learn from the successful practices and experience of foreign countries in dealing with the classification of criminals,explore the deep problems faced by the classification of criminals and the education and reform work,carry out in-depth research and practice of the classification of criminals,promote the continuous development and improvement of the classification of criminals,and promote the prison to better perform the functions of punishing and reforming criminals,so as to make criminals better In order to save more criminals and export more qualified citizens to the society,we should try our best to improve the status of educational reform in prison work.Through the analysis of this paper,the problems existing in the implementation of the criminal classification system in Shandong province include: the classification standard is only in the form;the degree of differentiation is low;the education guidance is lack of purpose;the concept of humanity has deviation.The reasons for these problems are: the restriction of the public power of prison;the shortage of professional talents;the contradiction between labor and education.Based on the advanced experience of the United States,Britain,Japan and Italy,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the implementation effect of the system,including: optimizing the classification rules to clarify the differences in treatment;improving the professionalism of classification treatment;improving the system guarantee.
