Reform Of Criminals: Problems,Causes And Countermeasures

With the development of society and the continuous progress of the theory of punishment,the purpose of the execution of punishment has been further developed and enriched on the basis of the original.Now we generally believe that the penalty should not only punish crime and crime prevention,and to achieve this goal,we must be in the process of transformation of criminals,with advanced punishment philosophy as a guide,to correct the original do deficiencies.Therefore,based on the current practice of prison work,the theory and practical way,to the present our country criminal reconstruction research,compared with foreign related system,in the field of regulations,hoping to improve the quality of criminals,the penalty in our country in order to better target.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is written main problems existing in the reform of criminals,including cross infection exists,have occurred,against the transformation of prisonized personality is difficult to avoid the three content;the second part is the reason analysis of the three main issues,;the third part is some suggestions combining the working practice at present and made their own theoretical level.
