| The number of law firms in China is extremely large.Among many law firms,the proportion of small and medium-sized law firms is huge.As a part of human resource management,performance management has been widely used in China,but the performance management of law firms is a mere formality.Performance management of the law firm of directly about firms employee satisfaction,improve employee satisfaction can effectively prevent the brain drain in a law firm,at the same time,good performance management system can motivate staff work efficiency,improve the quality of work,so it can improve customer satisfaction,the law firm to law firm to achieve sustainable development.How to monitor the nature and content of the work of law firm staff,how to measure the work results,how to set up a set of performance appraisal model of law firm and how to set up the performance standards of staff satisfaction are particularly important.This paper takes Y law firm as the research object,analyzes the characteristics of performance management of this kind of law firm,and constructs a set of performance management system suitable for Y law firm through the deficiencies in the performance management of Y law firm and the difficulties it faces.Through the study of performance communication and coaching Y law firm,in combination with Y law firm of the actual situation of staff,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for Y law firm system of quantitative evaluation on the performance of each employee and according to the results of the quantitative evaluation of each employee performance system,research of performance evaluation and feedback,the law firm Y and the law firm’s performance evaluation results are corrected.According to the quantitative evaluation results of the research and revised law firms,the performance diagnosis and improvement of law firm Y were studied,and the targeted solutions and Suggestions for the improvement of the performance management of law firms were put forward to provide references for the performance management of other small and medium-sized law firms in China. |
