Study On The Improvement Of The Public Security Prevention Mechanism Of Yueshan Community In Jinning District Of Kunming City

At present,our country is making every effort to promote social construction,economic construction,political construction,cultural construction and ecological construction,entering a critical period of building a socialist harmonious society in an all-round way.Social construction is the focus and difficulty of the five major constructions.Safety construction is the most important part of social construction.The improvement of community security prevention mechanism is related to the success or failure of safety construction.Therefore,the study on the improvement of community security prevention mechanism has important theoretical and practical significance under the current social background.The study of community public security precaution started early in the West,with rich experience and rich theory,while it started late in China,but it developed rapidly,with both achievements and shortcomings.As the youngest Administrative Region in Kunming,Jinning District of Kunming City is an important part of Kunming's urban core area.Yueshan Community is located in the center of Jinning District.It has developed commerce,densely populated residents and complex composition.Enterprises and institutions are concentrated.It has the characteristics of typical urban community.Taking its security prevention mechanism as a research sample can provide reference for the improvement of other urban community security prevention mechanism.This paper is based on PDCA management model and multiple governance theory,makes an in-depth analysis of the personnel mechanism,target mechanism and incentive mechanism in the community security prevention mechanism,and formulates a scientific anticipated goal for the security prevention mechanism of Yueshan community in Jinning District of Kunming City,and takes this goal as a reference.According to the standards,the current situation of Yueshan community is checked,and the existing problems and reasons are analyzed.Finally,countermeasures are found to improve the current community security prevention mechanism.Finally,it is expected that the personnel mechanism of Yueshan community security prevention can achieve full manpower,excellent quality and wide participation;the goal mechanism can be clear-cut,top-down and effective;and the incentive mechanism can achieve clear rewards and punishments and create enthusiasm for work.
