Research On Optimizing The Mechanism Of Educating And Training The Communist Youth League Cadres Based On Demand Analysis

As a youth organization of the ruling party in our country and a social organization representing for young people,Communist Youth League helps government solve youth affairs and problems,and it is also the link between the ruling party and the youth for a long time.The Communist Youth League cadres play the role of consolidating,leading,servicing,developing the youth.The effectiveness of the Communist Youth League cadres' work directly affect the quality of the Communist youth league's development,so carrying on the planned and targeted training to the Communist Youth League cadres will be the most important and effective way to consolidate the youth.Communist Youth League School,as the cradles of educating the Communist Youth League cadres,should become the main position and do its duty of training the Communist Youth League cadres.However,in fact,the situation of communist youth league school's training to the cadres isn't satisfied.The education and training lacks an overall planning and guides.Communist youth league at all levels ignore the training and education to the cadres.The training courses lack diversity,teacher resource and supporting resource,and so on.There are more and more problems be found in Communist Youth League School.In addition,as training organizers,the higher party organizations or League organizations have not conducted in-depth and systematic research on the needs of League cadres' education and training,and the research on the mechanism of League cadres' education and training is still at the level of imitating other fields cadres' education and training.There is a lack of systematic theoretical research and mechanism construction of the regiment cadres' education and training.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Mc Clellan's competency model theory and Raymond's training demand analysis model theory,this paper,from the perspective of training needs,will analyze Shanghai according to the basis of our regiment cadres' education and training system and related policies,and combining satisfaction survey data and demand analysis data.The current situation of education and training of Communist Youth League cadres in local and Shanghai school of Communist Youth League is discussed.The mechanism of education and training of League cadres is further optimized,and the training model and implementation strategy that conform to the characteristics of education and training of League cadres in Shanghai League schools are designed and planned.
