Analysis And Research On The Construction Of Knowledge Base Of Internet Public Opinion Events

In today's big data environment,information dissemination is faster and more convenient,and the speed of Internet public opinion transmission has changed greatly.The government faces greater difficulties in public opinion supervision and decision-making.In the face of the current lyric information showing the characteristics of fast update,diversified content and diverse forms of expression,it is urgent to study the knowledge representation and organization of the Internet public opinion event knowledge base.The knowledge base of Internet public opinion events studied in this paper is an important part of public opinion analysis and disposal in the context of big data.It can provide knowledge support and improve the knowledge acquisition ability,thus improving the efficiency and scientificity of decision-making.Based on the summary of the status and results of the current Internet public opinion event knowledge base,this paper mainly completes the following aspects:1.Design and construct the Internet public opinion event ontology.The concept of event ontology is introduced into the Internet sensation feature,the Internet lyric knowledge and event knowledge are integrated,and Protege5.2.0 is used to expand the knowledge representation and construct the Internet public opinion event ontology.2.Design and construct a Internet public opinion event knowledge base model.Firstly,it summarizes the information sources and elements of knowledge base.Then analyzes the knowledge requirements,and designs the knowledge base structure based on this,and clarifies the content and type of knowledge stored.Finally,the construction of ontology knowledge base and public opinion resource base of Internet public opinion events is completed.3.Construct and verify the knowledge base of Internet public opinion event.Based on the analysis of application requirements,the knowledge query function and knowledge management function of the knowledge base management system are designed according to the knowledge base model of built in the previous paper,and the "explosion accident of the water chemical enterprise" is taken as an example to demonstrate the function,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the knowledge base of the Internet public opinion events.The innovation of this paper is to establish the semantic relationship between event knowledge and Internet public opinion in the construction of Internet public opinion event ontology,and realize the knowledge representation and visualization of Internet public opinion event ontology.
