Research On Community Grid Management In J City G Town

The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed to innovate the social governance system and improve the way of social governance.As the basic cell of society,the degree of organization of governance directly affects the effectiveness of social governance.To this end,this paper takes G town of J city as an example.Based on the advanced experience of grid management in the early stage,using literature method,interview method and other methods,on the basis of summarizing the status quo and achievements of grid town governance in G city of J city.In-depth discussion of the problems existing in the grid governance of G town in J city,such as the imperfect grid governance mechanism,the weak grid team strength,the imperfect system platform construction,and the analysis of its causes,and the transformation of the governance system,The lack of attention to the grid governance team and the lack of financial support are the main factors in the grid governance of the G town community in J City.On this basis,we propose to improve the grid governance of J.City G town,including the improvement of grid governance system,strengthen the construction of grid team,and enhance financial support.Finally,we also carried out a summary of the general rules of community grid governance,in order to promote the application value of this research in social governance practice.
