Research On Governance Of Ethnic Relations Of Moroccan Berbers(1956-2011)

Berbers act as a significant people in North Africa including Morocco,Algeria and Mali.Owing to the harsh policies imposed by the authority,there being considerable Berber protests claiming for protection on their cultures and languages.In the 1980 s,the activities in Algeria and Mali are becoming more and more extreme and violent,otherwise,the situation in Morocco remain relative calm.To take Morocco as an example,this article made a hypothesis that the ethnic policy of the king brings about the stability of the nations.By comparing the cases of the three historical phrases,this article tries to find how Morocco realize the relative stability of the ethnic relations while the other policies have the opposite influence.By comparing the three different periods of the Governance Policy,this article holds the view that the ethnic relation tends to contradictory when the government adopts the discriminatory policies whereas the mild policies usually cushion the relation.Secondly,this article thinks that the compensation policy of different level shall result in different consequences on the governance of Berbers,evidently,more supply of public goods will do more goods in the Governance of the minority groups.
