Study On Responsibility Cultivation Of Youth In The New Era

A generation of young people have the mission of a generation of young people,and a generation of young people have the responsibility of a generation of young people.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era of strengthening,the historical coordinates of the new era of powerful countries have put forward the requirements of self-improvement and the same frequency resonance with the times to the young people,and the historical mission of the new era of strengthening the country has issued a call for the young people to bear the courage to bear the same responsibility as the times.With the goal of "two hundred years",Chinese Dream,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,needs young people to contribute their youthful strength with a positive attitude.Thus it can be seen whether the youth of the "powerful generation" have the hope that the spirit of the country is related to the future of the country and the nation.At the same time,The bearing spirit of young people in the period of "jointing and raising ears" is also closely related to their moral orientation and value orientation in their lifetime.It is an important guarantee for their healthy growth and value realization to bear the heavy responsibility,bravely fight risks and break through difficulties in their lifetime.However,compared with the mission and value realization requirements of young people in the new era of powerful countries,there are still many unsatisfactory places such as "do not understand","do not want to bear" and "cannot bear" and so on.This requires all parties to comply with General Secretary Xi Jinping’s call to cultivate the spirit of youth,explore the relevant feasible path,and cultivate them to have a strong spirit of responsibility.Young people of the new era.Based on the historical background of the new era of strengthening the country,relying on the historical mission of the new era and the stage characteristics of the youth themselves,on the basis of deeply studying Xi Jinping’s discussion on youth and the spirit of bearing,this paper investigates and analyzes the related problems of the spirit and cultivation of youth in the new era in five chapters.The first chapter is the interpretation of the concept and theoretical origin of the spirit of youth responsibility in the new era.On the basis of clarifying the related concepts of the spirit of bearing in the new era,this chapter explores the theoretical origin of this theme from the Marxist classical writers,the excellent traditional culture of China and the thoughts of the Chinese Communists on responsibility and responsibility.The second chapter is the historical investigation of the spirit of youth responsibility.This chapter makes a historical and concrete investigation on the youth responsibility of the May 4th Movement,the New Democratic Revolution,the Socialist Construction period,the reform and opening up to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the new era.The third chapter is the basic content of youth’s spirit of responsibility in the new era and the necessity of cultivation.First of all,it defines the specific contents of the youth’s responsibility spirit in the new era,including the responsibility of faith,the responsibility of hardship,the responsibility of innovation,the responsibility of ability and the responsibility of practical work;secondly,it analyzes the necessity of the youth’s responsibility spirit cultivation in the new era,and probes into the three aspects of the talent cultivation standard,the historical mission of the new era and the realization of youth value.In the fourth chapter,the present situation and the causes of the problems of young people in the new era are investigated by means of empirical research.First of all,an overview of the author’s questionnaire and the basic situation of the respondents is given.Secondly,based on the questionnaire,the current situation of the young people in the new era is studied and classified,and again,Based on the questionnaire,this paper studies the current situation of young people in the new era,analyzes the positive performance and the existing problems,and tries to explore the causes of the problems,and in particular,it focuses on the world situation,the national conditions,the public opinion,the teaching condition and the youth’s five aspects.The last chapter is the focus of this paper,trying to put forward the feasible path of cultivating youth’s spirit of responsibility in the new era from the perspective of the actual situation,culture,education,knowledge and practice of youth’s physical and mental growth.First of all,from the perspective of physical and mental growth of young people,we need to improve the pertinence of the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility according to the characteristics of "jointing and cultivating ears";secondly,from the perspective of culture,we need to rely on the culture of"self-improvement" to stimulate the spirit of youth responsibility;thirdly,from the perspective of education,we need to optimize the education mechanism of "from near to far" to cultivate the spirit of youth responsibility;finally,from the perspective of knowledge and practice,we need to focus on "learning,thinking and practice" The process of "understanding" fosters the spirit of youth responsibility.
