Xi Jinping's View On Youth

Young people are the future of the country,the hope of the nation and the main force in realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.The development of China's revolution,construction and reform and opening up cannot be separated from the role of the majority of young people as the main force.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),general secretary Xi Jinping has walked into youth,cared about them,warned them,raised ardent expectations for them,expounded on youth and youth work for many times,put forward clear targets for youth work,and formed his own unique view of youth.Young people are the future of our country and the hope of our nation.They are also the main force in realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.China's revolution,development and reform and opening up are inseparable from the role of young people as the main force.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),general secretary Xi Jinping has focused on,concerned about,and warned young people,raised high expectations for them,expounded on youth and youth work many times,put forward clear goals and directions for various youth work,and formed his own unique view on youth.By using scientific research methods and starting from the conditions and process of the formation of Xi Jinping's concept of youth,this paper analyzes and grasps the content and characteristics of Xi Jinping's concept of youth,and profoundly expounds the theoretical value and practical significance of Xi Jinping's concept of youth,thus realizing theoretical innovation.The first part: expounds the forming conditions and process of Xi Jinping's concept of youth.This paper discusses the conditions for the formation of Xi Jinping's youth outlook from three aspects: theoretical source,historical background and subjective conditions,and innovatively discusses the role of general secretary Xi Jinping's personal character traits and life experience in the formation of xijinping's youth outlook.The formation process of Xi Jinping's concept of youth can be divided into three stages: embryonic stage,formation stage and development stage.The second part: summarizes the content and characteristics of Xi Jinping's youth outlook,reflecting the innovation of the theory.The content of this paper argues that xi youth view: clear youth in play a dominant role in the construction of socialist modernization power of,attaches great importance to the ideological and political education of youth,youth specified all-round development the correct direction,in a concerted effort to youth education,attention to the cultivation of young talents,selection and use,and put forward the theme of the youth movement in a new era,strengthening the party construction of youth work and the leadership of the communist youth league organizations.The main characteristics of Xi Jinping's outlook on youth are innovation,distinctive times,outstanding strategy,strong nationality and open world.The third part:reveals the theoretical value and practical significance of Xi Jinping's concept of youth.Its theoretical value is embodied in: opening up a new realm of marxist outlook on youth,enriching and developing the outlook on socialism with Chinese characteristics,and enriching Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era;Its practical significance is embodied in the following aspects: it is the action guide for the all-round development of the youth in the new era,provides an important practice for the youth work in the new era,and is conducive to training qualified builders and successors of socialism in the new era.
