A Study Of Xi Jinping’s View On Youth

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping,on the basis of inheriting the youth outlook of classical Marxist writers and the youth outlook of successive leaders in China,combined with the background of the new era at home and abroad and the current situation of youth development,has put forward a series of new expositions,NEW ideas and new viewpoints on youth and youth work in China,and formed a theoretical system with strict logic and rich connotation.This theoretical system develops and innovates the Marxist youth outlook,which is the latest theoretical achievement of the Marxist youth outlook in China.This paper mainly uses literature research method and comparative research method to study Xi Jinping’s youth outlook,which includes five parts: theoretical origin,realistic basis,basic content,main characteristics and practical significance,in order to provide some ideas for solving youth problems and implementing youth work in the new era.The formation of Xi Jinping’s youth outlook can be discussed from two dimensions: theoretical origin and realistic basis.The youth outlook of classical Marxist writers,the youth outlook of leaders of the Communist Party of China in past dynasties and the youth thought in excellent traditional Chinese culture are its theoretical origin;the background of the "Chinese Dream",the value characteristics of contemporary youth and Xi Jinping’s personal growth experience are the following.The realistic basis of its formation.The basic content of Xi Jinping’s youth outlook is one of the key points of this study,which includes three aspects: scientific understanding of the status and role of youth,defining the basic requirements for youth growth and development,and doing a good job in youth work.Xi Jinping’s youth outlook is the product of the interaction of specific era background and unique personal growth experience.It has four main characteristics: practicality,nationality,epoch and creativity.It is of practical significance to the growth and growth of young people in China,youth education in Colleges and universities and the innovation of the work of the Communist Youth League.
