Research On Farmers' Organization Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report to the 19th national congress of the communist party of China stated that "socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization is the only way to achieve rural development."Later,the central rural work conference made clear the 20-word overall requirements for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,that is,thriving industries,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and a prosperous life.From the perspective of the requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,the country's requirements for rural development are not only limited to the production level,but also committed to the reconstruction of rural order.So how to revitalize the countryside?Many scholars believe that improving the organizational level of farmers is a key strategy to achieve rural revitalization.General secretary Uncle Xi has also made it clear:"it is necessary to improve the organizational level of farmers so as to correctly guide and help them to enter the market safely and smoothly."Therefore,it is necessary to theoretically summarize the historical experience and practical difficulties of farmer organization,so as to provide reference for practical work.Starting from the theory and practice,this paper mainly selected three villages of A county,B and C to conduct field interviews.Based on the interview data and field investigation,it analyzed various factors affecting the degree of farmers' organization,and tried to propose the optimal way for the development of farmers' organization.The study found that at present,some similar problems have occurred in the organization of farmers in China's rural areas:such as weak rural collective economy,slow development of cooperatives,and poor organizational economic capacity;serious outflow of rural labor,fewer farmers available for organization;and weak cohesion of the two village committees,The authority is not high,and the ability to organize villagers is not strong;the individualization of farmers' production and management is difficult to improve the collective consciousness;the lack of rural public service organizations,and the poor self-organization of farmers.Therefore,to improve the organization of farmers requires the following development path:at the economic level,the establishment of professional cooperatives according to local conditions to promote the development of the village collective economy and enhance the economic organization of farmers;at the political level,on the one hand,the introduction of policy support to encourage migrant farmers to return home On the other hand,strengthen the authority of the village party branch and enhance the organizational ability of the leader;at the ideological level,guide the education of the villagers,consolidate the concept of aggregates,enhance the ideological organization of the farmers;at the social level,activate social life and cultivate the self-organization of the villagers ability.
