The role and value of human resources in the development of organization is becoming more and more prominent.As an important link of human resources management,performance appraisal is also an important foundation to enhance the enthusiasm of employees and improve work performance.As the main position to train the leading cadres of the Party members,the satisfaction of the Party school staff,especially the satisfaction of the performance appraisal system,will greatly affect their work enthusiasm and teaching quality.Therefore,the author deeply analyzes the satisfaction of the Party school staff to the performance appraisal system and the related factors that affect the satisfaction of the teaching staff,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward scientific and reasonable optimization suggestions,It is of great significance to further promote the healthy development of Party school education.The research object of this paper is the performance appraisal system of Henan SZ Party School.The author distributed 90 questionnaires to the whole school staff,85 questionnaires were actually recovered,the recovery rate was94.4%,and the survey results were analyzed by using Likert five-point scale method and SPSS 25.0.The survey results showed that the satisfaction degree of the staff performance appraisal system of Henan SZ Party School was obviously low,and the average value was only 2.094.Based on the statistical data of satisfaction survey,this paper analyzes the potential factors affecting the satisfaction of performance appraisal system from five dimensions: job return,working condition,interpersonal relationship,management status and development prospect.By analyzing the performance appraisal system of Henan SZ Party School in depth,the author points out the problems existing in the index formulation,execution process and application of results.In terms of index formulation,the performance appraisal system of Henan SZ Party School is relatively simple,although it is easy to operate realistically,but some detailed indicators are ignored;in the implementation process,the propaganda of the performance appraisal system of Henan SZ Party School is not in place,and the implementation is not in place in the operation of the performance appraisal;in the application of the results,the performance appraisal of Henan the performance appraisal of Henan SZ Party School emphasizes the results,not the problem description and the suggestion report lack of feedback on the results of performance appraisal,lack of complaint channels for performance appraisal,and the application of performance appraisal results ignores personal career development.According to the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of Henan SZ Party School,this paper puts forward scientific and reasonable optimization suggestions from three aspects combined with the characteristics of the education work and the structure of the teaching staff of the Party School.Henan SZ Party School should strengthen the propaganda of the performance appraisal system,strengthen the relevant guidance and training,make the process transparent and communicate effectively;in the application of the results,Henan SZ Party School should let the teaching staff fully understand the results of the performance appraisal,create Set up a variety of performance appraisal results feedback channels,the correct use of performance appraisal system results,give full play to the role of incentive constraints and guidance.It has certain reference significance for improving staff satisfaction and improving performance appraisal system.
