In recent years,with the rapid development of society,the government's work is becoming more and more refined,standardized and efficient.The development of society cannot be separated from the effective guidance,support and management of the government.At present,China is in a historic critical period of social transformation and development.Facing the unprecedented new situation and challenges,it puts forward higher requirements for the civil servants of our country.Grass-roots government as the last part of policy implementation,is a direct service to the masses of the people,for the masses to solve practical problems,upward to convey the voice of one of the most basic unit government,in word and deed are relationship with the direct interests of the masses,so the government civil servants at the grass-roots level about the government of the state of work area of management mode of implementing policy,and public satisfaction,happiness,therefore,administrative civil servants at the grass-roots level in good working condition is an important premise of maintaining social stability.Now governments at all levels are actively transforming government functions,which is undoubtedly the overall progress of society,organizations and individuals.As we all know,government departments,especially at the grass-roots level,have been under constant pressure from the society due to slow reform and low efficiency.However,in today's numerous reforms,grass-roots governments must keep pace with the society and even realize leap-forward development,so as to play a leading role in social development.Entering the "new era",how to cope with these changes as an individual civil servant and how to smoothly transition to a new and efficient mode of government work are questions that civil servants as individuals must consider.Grassroots government work,bearing the task of the various departments of the higher level,grassroots civil servants on the heavy work and heavy responsibility pressure sudden strong pressure,often powerless,resulting in serious job burnout psychology.Good professional attitude and psychology is the prerequisite to do any work for civil servants,civil servants job burnout is one of the important factors affect the administrative efficiency,good professional psychology can promote the progress of a government organization,more can promote the orderly conduct of the work and the good evaluation of the masses,so the research on administrative civil servants at the grass-roots level of job burnout problem is of great significance.In this article,through reading a large number of literature,in combination with L town on a wide range of field investigation,and gradually clarified,a deeper awareness of thedifficulties of the grass-roots work and the source of stress at the grass-roots level,more important is the development and change of awareness of civil servants in the future,need more consideration,young generation for decompression,young generation can ensure the government work slowly forward,to ensure that the basic unit government gradually improve staff quality,to better promote the normalization and highly efficient of the government's work.Firstly,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method.Through the empirical research on all the 82 people of government offices and public institutions in L town,an in-depth descriptive analysis is conducted to find out the common pressure sources.Secondly,the purpose of questionnaire design is to investigate the differences of job burnout in different age and rank.Secondly,interview is adopted to investigate people of different ages,positions and working years,and let them talk about their views on grassroots work.According to the comprehensive survey,the problem of job burnout generally exists among grassroots civil servants in L town,which is influenced by many aspects.Different age stages,different positions and ranks,different working years,different pursuit of work and different understanding of work also lead to the problem of job burnout.Finally,based on the above survey,Suggestions and countermeasures are proposed from the social,organizational and personal levels to alleviate the problem of job burnout.
