Research On The Service Mode Of University Think Tanks Under The Background Of Military Civilian Integration Strategy

With the rapid development of China's military civilian integration strategy,the University think tank,as the "intellectual source" of the country,should provide all-round intellectual support for military civilian integration.Under the background of civil military integration,how the think tanks in Colleges and universities are regarded as highly concerned by the Chinese government,universities and academia has successively issued various policy documents to support their innovation and development.At present,although China's military civilian integration development strategy has made remarkable progress,there are still some problems and contradictions,resulting in the insufficient depth of integration,restricting the indepth development of the system,hindering the development of national defense and national economy.Based on the problems existing in the process of the development of military civilian integration in China,this paper explores the service mode of University think tanks from various perspectives and aspects,taking the opportunity of talent training,resource integration and social service functions,so as to promote the indepth development of military civilian integration strategy.First of all,through literature research and theoretical research,the paper clarifies the conceptual meaning and functional characteristics of University think tank,military civilian integration and model construction,describes the knowledge service,open access,new public service,collaborative innovation and other information science related theories needed for model construction,and provides theoretical basis for model construction of this paper.Then,it analyzes the current situation of the development of think tanks in Colleges and Universities Serving the integration of military and civilian,including the environment(SWOT analysis)and practical reasons for the in-depth development of think tanks in Colleges and Universities Serving the integration of military and civilian.Based on the mission requirements of think tanks in Colleges and universities,think tanks in Colleges and universities can serve as the long-term driving and decision-making needs of the integration strategy,and promote the coordinated development of think tanks in Colleges and universities and the integration of military and civilian.Using the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,through the data survey results of the questionnaire,we can understand the knowledge demand characteristics of the institutions and units of military civilian integration as the service objects of the think tanks in Colleges and universities,and then use SPSS software to carry out factor analysis on the influencing factors of the military civilian integration of the think tanks in Colleges and universities,including the reliability,validity test and multiple regression analysis,so as to obtain "knowledge resource factor" and "human".Four main influencing factors are talent team factor,policy environment factor and technology and service factor.Finally,according to the service demand and influencing factors,the supply and demand integration development mode of the military civilian integration strategy of University think tanks is constructed.Combined with the characteristics of the mode,the paper puts forward the measures for the realization of the mode,including the "ecological environment" construction,service team construction,refined development and evaluation feedback.
